At San Roku Ku, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital products and creative services. Due to the immediate, custom, and non-returnable nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Digital Products (e.g., Film Rentals, Streaming Content)

All purchases of film rentals and digital streaming content are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to watch the content within the rental period.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the film or content.
  • Technical issues stemming from your device, internet connection, or third-party platform incompatibility.
  • Unauthorized purchases by others using your account or payment details.

Access to digital products is granted immediately upon purchase, and as such, refunds cannot be issued due to the irrevocable nature of digital delivery.

2. Virtual and Creative Services (e.g., Poster Design, Post-Production, Web Development, Strategy Consulting)

All creative and virtual services provided by San Roku Ku are non-refundable once payment has been made, for the following reasons:

  • These services are customized and time-based, requiring significant planning, consultation, and labor.
  • Work may begin immediately upon payment or agreement, even if drafts, previews, or meetings are pending.
  • Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with creative direction if the scope and brief were agreed upon in advance.
  • Lack of communication or delayed responses from the client do not qualify for a refund or credit.
  • Submitting incorrect or incomplete materials does not entitle the client to a refund or extension.

If a service is paused or canceled by the client after payment is made, no refund or partial refund will be issued under any condition.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties with accessing a digital product (e.g., an expired or broken rental link), you must notify us within 48 hours of the issue by contacting [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative solution. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Unauthorized Payments and Fraud Claims

You are responsible for securing your account and payment information. We are not liable for unauthorized purchases made via your payment method or account. Fraudulent chargebacks or refund requests will be actively disputed, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action and/or suspend services.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

For services involving strategy, marketing, design, or distribution, we do not guarantee specific results, performance, or commercial success. No refunds will be issued based on perceived lack of results, market interest, or third-party decisions beyond our control.
