Light: approx 7-10 days after receiving your design brief and all required assets.
Standard: approx 5-7 days.
Faster delivery (48-hour turnarounds) at extra cost.
HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
Light: 1 revision
Standard: up to 2 revisions
ARE SOURCE / EDITABLE FILES INCLUDED?
For Light or Basic, source files are available as an add-on.
WHAT ABOUT PRINT-QUALITY & SIZES?
All designs are produced to be clear, sharp, and suitable for digital/web usage.
USAGE & RIGHTS
Once the design is finalized and full payment is received, you get full usage rights for the final design as per the chosen package (for print, festivals, web, social media, etc.).
Any licensed assets or stock images will have their license terms respected.
Having the source file allows you to make edits, but the design rights are non-transferable/resalable unless otherwise agreed.
WHAT HAPPENS TO DRAFTS / UNUSED DESIGN MATERIALS AFTER ORDER COMPLETION?
All working files, drafts, and unused mockups are deleted within 7 days of project completion (unless otherwise agreed).
Final files that you purchased remain yours.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER / WHAT YOU’LL NEED FROM ME?
To get started, please provide:
Your chosen package (Light or Standard) + any extras (source file, extra revisions, rush delivery)
A design brief: film title, genre, tone, audience, reference images or designs you like (and dislike), any logos or tagline text, and necessary credits
Any assets (logos, images, fonts) you want included. Sizes if known, deadlines.
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Full payment is required prior to starting any work.
If you cancel before concepts are delivered, partial refund may apply (depending on how much work has been done).
If you’re not happy with initial concepts, we’ll work within your revision allowance to get things right.
Extra revisions or changes outside the chosen package are billed separately.
What will I receive?
Light: Landscape 16:9, 16:9 (Textless), 4:3, 16:6, and 2:1 artwork.
Standard: Everything in Light plus Portrait 2:3 and 3:4 (poster-style key art).
All formats are prepared to match Filmhub’s accepted aspect ratios for movies/shows.
Why include a “textless” 16:9?
Textless hero art is recommended so platforms can lay type cleanly or localize without clashing with baked-in text—Filmhub lists a 16:9 textless image among suggested deliverables.
Are these compliant with Filmhub?
Yes, formats follow Filmhub’s Artwork Requirements and How to Add Artwork guides (same aspect ratios they require/recommend). We QC exports against those specs to reduce the risk of artwork rejection.
How is this different from Filmhub’s own artwork service?
Filmhub offers an internal Artwork Creation Service that produces the full set of accepted sizes for a flat fee and charges per revision. Our package is an external alternative with defined tiers, revision counts, and optional source files. Use whichever workflow fits you best.
Do you also handle platform-specific nuances?
We follow Filmhub’s specs closely and keep common storefront nuances in mind (e.g., strong contrast for dark UIs, title legibility). If you have a specific storefront target (Amazon, etc.), tell us and we’ll tailor compositions accordingly.
