Frequently Asked Questions
How do I send you my film if it’s huge (20–100 GB)?
After payment, you’ll receive a private upload link that supports multi-terabyte files. It’s secure, resumable, and automatically deletes after 7 days.
Is the transfer secure?
Yes. Each upload link is unique, can be password-protected, and expires automatically. We don’t store your film after delivery, and all materials are treated as confidential.
Can I upload only selected scenes instead of the full film?
Absolutely. You can upload a locked cut, time-coded selects, or full film. If you send the full film, our editors will pull selects for you.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer ProRes 422 / 422 HQ or DNxHR HQX. High-bitrate H.264 or H.265 is also fine. Stereo audio is enough; stems (dialogue, music, effects) are welcome but optional.
How long does it take to get the first cut?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days after we receive your materials and brief. A 72-hour rush option is available for an additional fee.
How many revisions are included?
Basic: 1 revision.
Standard: 2 revisions.
Premium: 2 revisions + final polish pass.
Additional revisions are available as add-ons.
Do I pay before sending my film?
Yes. Payment secures your slot and automatically generates your upload link. This ensures scheduling priority and file handling security.
What if I need multiple trailers or versions?
We can produce 30-second teasers, 9:16 social cutdowns, and 1:1 square versions. These are included in Premium or available as add-ons.
Can I use my own music or licensed tracks?
Yes. You must provide licensed tracks or own music.
Will my files or trailer be shared publicly?
Never. By default, your materials and trailer remain private. You can optionally allow us to feature your trailer in our portfolio.
How are final files delivered?
You’ll receive mastered exports in ProRes 422 HQ and H.264 (high-bitrate web version). All links auto-expire after 7 days, so we recommend downloading and backing up promptly.
What happens after I approve the final cut?
We’ll export and deliver all versions included in your package. After 7 days, your project and upload links are securely deleted from our servers.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We respect confidentiality. A signed NDA can be provided upon request before upload.
